Everything was very good, yet we stayed for 1 night only. Location: the hotel was near to Camotes island, and sandy beach. There was Eat nearby, offering quick meals. We stayed in a twin room with a mini bar, an electronic key card, and TV.

This family-friendly place has incredibly helpful staff and everything was truly remarkable.

The breakfast offered a great variety of options and the food was delicious, while the hotel is conveniently located near the island and the sea, as well as being situated in the center of the city.

Upon arriving at the resort, I was immediately captivated by the beautiful grounds and pools. The pools themselves were a sight to behold, with lovely waterfalls landscaped in. Although the waterfalls were not flowing during my stay, it didn't diminish the beauty of the pools. The room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, as was the entire property. The resort's commitment to cleanliness was evident throughout. Furthermore, I appreciated the convenience of being picked up from the port and transported directly to the property, which was a short 10-minute drive away. The resort was also well-lit at night, creating a lovely ambiance.

The Korean menu was the best part of our stay, along with the complementary breakfast that provided many tasty options. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in a convenient location, close to many attractions in the area.

One of the worst aspects was the lack of hot water in our room, which led to hours of waiting and multiple reports to be transferred to another room. the restaurant had a limited selection of food available and the payment process was complicated due to issues with the eftpos machine.

Outstanding service, kind owner and staff, memorable hospitality, accommodating and attentive, will definitely return soon, luxurious resort.

We had an amazing time on a beautiful island with crystal, clear waters and sandy beaches just a short stroll from our room. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home throughout our stay. the rooms were well, appointed with comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and lovely views of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast was complimentary and delicious, with a range of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the resort's excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and Korean menu.

There were a few minor issues with the traditional, style buildings that could be improved.

They went out of their way to memorize our preferences and ensure we were always comfortable, whether it was providing hot or cold water or drinks of our choice. Moreover, the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering us a private beach, which was a great location to swim and relax. In addition to this, the location to sandy beaches on this island is remarkable, making it an ideal destination for beach-lovers. We also appreciate the cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained throughout the hotel.

We especially loved the Korean cuisine and the complimentary breakfast was scrumptious too. the staff were always helpful and welcoming, making us feel at ease during our city trip. Plus, the hotel's location was pretty convenient, being near to the top attractions and local markets.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From Lynn at reception who welcomed us warmly and helped us with printing our visas, to the owner who even drove us to the hospital when I had an asthma attack, the service here was exceptional. They made sure to memorize our preferences and were always ready with a smile. The beautiful grounds and pools, along with the spacious and clean rooms, added to the overall comfort and quality of our stay.
